We were connected with the Richmond-based Gotcha Covered via Costco. The selection of window treatments were great and I was able to select a couple products that suited our needs and fit our budget. Tonya helped us schedule our measurements and installation and Scott was the representative that showed us the samples and installed them after they were manufactured. We love the quality of the shades we selected and are extremely happy with the rebate that Costco offered.

Jeremy Horning hung my new blinds (2) and discovered after taking a picture of the finished product that one was slanted at the bottom. He tried to no avail to correct it but could not. He immediately reordered the blind and within 2 weeks the new one came, he came back out and replaced the slanted one within 15 minutes! The customer service was fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Jeremy.

"Love, love, love the cellular shades"

We just had blackout cellular shades installed and they are WONDERFUL. They completely block the lights, which our neighbors seem to have on at the oddest times at night. As a result, we are finally getting sound and restful sleep We also have the cellular shades in our kitchen and love them too. The door to our deck and a double window in our Florida Room also have Gotcha products and we could not be more pleased with how good they all look and how well they work. We have been so pleased that we just ordered cellular shades for our Great Room, and I suspect that we are not yet finished And I forgot to mention the shutters that Gotcha put up for us in the windows across the front of our house! Are we satisfied customers? I would say so--and Nick is the consumate professional.

The design consultant was friendly and professional, and the installers completed the install in one day. Their service is the best I've received in a while and they are down to earth.
