Meet Gotcha Covered of Charlottesville

Debbie Culp is the driving force behind Gotcha Covered, serving as owner and operator since 2004. A graduate of James Madison University (JMU) and a Charlottesville resident since 1999. A lifelong love of textiles has been the driving force behind building a premier window covering business. Her hands-on leadership and passion for fabric, texture, and design have guided the company for over two decades.

Outside of the design studio, Debbie embraces an active and adventurous lifestyle. She can often be found riding bikes, enjoying live music, and traveling the world with her husband, Mike. Above all, she cherishes quality time spent with Mike and their two boys.

Jeff Culp brings a combination of technical expertise and project management leadership to Gotcha Covered as Managing Partner. A James Madison University graduate, Jeff went on to earn his master’s in engineering from Virginia Tech. His distinguished career includes serving as a Water Resource Engineer at the Los Alamos National Laboratory and managing major commercial construction projects for Jayne’s Construction.

After spending five years in New Mexico, Jeff recently returned home to Charlottesville to step into ownership. In his free time, he enjoys riding bikes, trail building in the Charlottesville community, kayaking and spending time with family and friends.

Riley Dulin brings vibrant energy and a keen eye for detail to her role as Lead Designer, where she transforms spaces with custom window coverings. A Maryland native and proud graduate of Mary Baldwin College, Riley pairs her academic foundation with a passion for functional aesthetics, ensuring every project reflects her clients' unique styles.

When she isn’t mastering the art of window design, Riley channels her trademark enthusiasm into cheering for her beloved Baltimore Ravens. Deeply connected to the Charlottesville community, she spends her free time enjoying live music, exploring local vineyards, cooking, and gathering with family and friends.

Tim Henion brings deep local roots and a diverse background in craftsmanship and project management to the Gotcha Covered team. Raised right here in Charlottesville, Tim previously owned and operated his own tile and stone business, and managed large-scale projects for a prominent local landscaping company. This extensive hands-on experience in the trades ensures exceptional precision and a high standard of quality for every installation.

Tim’s drive and precision stem from his time racing on the professional motocross circuit in the National Series. Today, he channels that high energy into the outdoors—enjoying mountain biking, fishing, and camping—and cherishes time spent with his beautiful wife and two young boys.

Spencer Linkous is originally from Christiansburg, Virginia, and earned his degree from William Penn University, where he attended on a football scholarship. Over the past three years, he has built his career in the window treatment industry, helping homeowners enhance their homes with beautiful, functional window solutions.

When he's not working, Spencer enjoys spending time on the water, hiking, and playing golf. He is excited to call Charlottesville home and looks forward to serving the community by helping clients bring their vision to life through Gotcha Covered.
